1st Couponing Experience

Ok so because I'm a complete and udder nerd LOL I have to brag about my shopping trip with my hubby and baby this weekend!  I know this doesn't compare to what the coupon guru's are doing these days but I'm overly stoked!
So 1st we were out shopping when Ry's family called and said hey go to Albertson's they have Dr Pepper for FREE you only have to pay tax on it.  Neither one of us drink Dr Pepper but we thought hey why not let's try it out.  We happened to be out by the Federal Way Albertson's so we went there and yep we got 10  2-liters for only $0.76!  Wow was I stoked I mean really, this is stuff you only read about LOL....
So after this great deal we decided to run home and grab my very unorganized coupon binder and hit the Albertson's in Nampa and see what we could come up with!  I thought Ryan was just going to have a fit but he actually had more fun matching things up than I did lol.  So we ran home grabbed all the uncut coupons and headed to Albertson's while I cut to my hearts content!  Little did I know the lady at the check stand was going to hand me scissors and say those won't fit in my drawer you need to trim them... at least I know now LOL!  We ended up getting $111.40 worth of groceries for only $65.98!  Plus we got 2 Catalin's 1 for $1 off Dannon and 1 for General Mills!  As well as a coupon for Fashion Bug that I'm going to pass on to my Mom!  That's a great savings, in my mind especially for getting everything on our list!

I owe a huge thank you to my cousin for helping me get into this!!!!!!  Can't wait to save more and more!

New

Well I haven't been on in a while so I thought I would send out a quick little update.  I'm starting to think all the kids in the universe are sick right now LOL at least the kids in my universe.  Ryk, Kyst, Kinz, Chi, Presli - poor little ones it's so heart breaking when they're sick because there's nothing you can do for them.  I just want to know how 4 out of those 5 get sick and lethargic and just want to cuddle then my monster the sicker he is the more he runs around like a wild man crying his poor head off... I just don't get where he gets all the energy at you know if he just relaxed for a little while he might feel better!
I got a new phone, that's about the most exciting thing that has happened lately lol
Ryk is learning new words and new sign language on a dailey basis I love it, I can actually understand some of the things he says!

O and yes I'm a slacker I still haven't started coupon shopping other than 1 time and I saved over 50% but I'm going to try to get to the store Sunday for some papers!!!
Well that's my life right now!

Dad

Ok so I just want to say that I have the best Dad in the entire world he is all anybody could ask for and more!  My Dad and I have a very close relationship and I wouldn't change it for the world!  I only wish everybody in the world could have a Dad like mine!  Today is his 51st birthday and it's occassions like this that just make you sit back and think how lucky you really are!

Ok so here's the deal I'm 100% brand new to blogspot as well as couponing! I can't wait to get started saving hundreds of dollars! But I need a little help to get a jump start on things! If you have any tips or ideas for me they'll be much appreciated. I am going to start with the Sunday paper this coming up Sunday and I've already started on coupons.com!

Meet Our Family

Our families are the most important part of us!

This is Keri's older Brother Dustin, Sister In Law June, Neice Ynfiniti (7), and Nephew Paxtyn (15 months). They are an amazing family and so fun to be around. Though we don't get to spend a ton of time together as they're almost as busy as us we still cherish the time we do get to spend together!


This is Malachi (3) on the left, and McKinzlee (1) on the right! They belong to Ryan's sister Lisa!We are all very close we are known as Auntie and Uncle Yaya it's just adorable! We spend quite a bit of time with them as we go to dinner nearly every Thursday together and generally every Sunday we spend the day\evening together!


Last but not least this is Kystin Dean (11 months) he is so stinkin cute! I can't believe he is almost 1, how time flies! He belongs to Keri's sister Kyla and brother in law Justin. We spend a lot of time with them as Keri and Kyla work together and we do dinner sometimes during the week. They're twins so they're nearly inseperable, more lately than ever before just because life is so busy!

So there is our family in a nut shell. We are blessed to have each and every one of them in our lives!
