Life Is Great!!!

So many changes in the past year.  Definitely have made the hardest decisions of my life the past year and even though it's been extremely stressful I know in my heart and soul I made the right decision to better me and my son's life.  He is everything to me and always will be!

As you all saw, I chose to start selling 31 here a while back rather than getting a part time job with a fully set schedule.  It's been great for me as well as for bubba, it's so cute he says "Mommy good luck selling bags" lol he's getting so grown up!  He was so excited when the last shipment came in because I got him his very own lunch tote with his name on it - he's pretty big stuff now!!!

We're getting super excited for our 1st official trip!!!  Ryk and I and my parents are heading to Newport, Oregon the middle of July - staying right on the beach then on to Spokane and coeur d'alene!!!  Hoping he does good in the car!  Good thing we have a whole 7 days - because I'm sure we'll be stopping a bit more than we usually do on car trips!!!  I'm not sure who's more excited him or Papa Dean lol that's all they talk about when we're all together is our trip to the ocean!!!

Ryk is almost 4, which I can't even believe - in my eyes he's still the baby I brought home only 40 pounds heavier lol!  Hard to believe that he started out the runt and now he's so big - at his 1st birthday party he wore a 3\6 month outfit, at his 2nd birthday he wore a 12 month outfit, now at his 4th birthday party he'll be in either 5T or 6T - he's had doubled in size since his 3rd birthday, I can't even believe it!!!  He's on a kick these days that he wants to be bigger and it's not fair that we're all taller than him - I keep asking him to please slow down and be a kid but he's ready to play real baseball he says, and to play football so he can tacklet people LOL  He's an amazing child with an amazing imagination and personality!!!!  I just love him to pieces and can't imagine my life without him!!!

Our family is growing and growing!  My brother and sister-in-law are in the middle of adopting a precious little dude that has dealt with so many struggles already and barely turned 1 in December, we call him "Rocky" because he is definitely a fighter!  Ky had Baby J in September and is expecting again the end of August-beginning of September with boy #3 for the May family!!!  Definitely a meant to be baby with all odds against him, he's going to strong headed - they have decided on Ayden for the 1st name, not sure on the middle name yet!!!

So as most of, if not all of you know I have decided to become a 31 consultant!!!  I've always said I wouldn't do anything like this after my Stampin' Up flop several years ago but....

Why?  As some of you know I have been looking for a second job (part time) to help as I'm a single mom to my amazing baby boy.  Unfortunately the search has been unsuccessful because I don't want to take anymore time away from my baby boy than I already do with working a full time job...  I went to a party that my sister in law June hosted and I became extremely interested in the product as it's such great quality and just the ideas behind it!  I then decided to host a party, I had a great turn out and ended up getting $100 in free product, 2 - 1/2 price items and 2 hostess exclusive items.  I then became serious at looking into it as I'm officially obsessed LOL!!!  After speaking with Hayle, the consultant that held both parties, I decided this is what I want to do.  I know I know when we go to parties like this all we hear is I get to make my own schedule and I get to do this and that etc...  My reasoning is I get to set my own schedule so it doesn't take time away from my baby boy, I get to make a part time income so that I can better support both my baby boy and I, and I get to sell something that I love and truly believe in!!!!!  I will, someday, own all of there products that is how much I believe in this!!!

Steelheads Hockey Game 02/24/2012

Had a great time at not only Ryker's 1st hockey game but Jensyn's as well!!!  We went as a family to watch my BEAUTIFUL niece Ynfiniti sing the National Anthem with her choir class from Centennial Elementary!  It was so much fun!  Ryk really got into it yelling at the players and having fun!  I even got him a hockey stick and a puck he had a choice of any of the pucks and he chose the pink one - that's my boy ;)

Valentines Day 2012

All I have to say is that I have the most amazing little boy ever!!!  He has the biggest heart!  He surprised me today on his way to daycare with flowers and a little motorcycle!!!  He was so excited to give it to me!  I don't know what I would do or where I would be without him...  He is my life, my world, my everything!  Love you Ryker William Davey!!!

Christmas 2011

Bittersweet... the best way to describe this Christmas.  All the changes seemed to hit...  I'm usually ok with sharing but sharing my baby boy for the holidays was a bit rough on me...  We did our gifts a bit different this year as I didn't think I was going to have Ryk at the family gathering on Christmas afternoon.  We went and had dinner at Ky's and let Ryk give the kids there gifts and they gave Ryk his gifts the Wednesday before Christmas and the kids had a blast!  Ryk was pretty stoked that Auntie got him his very own copy of CARS!!!  Christmas day was a bit of a struggle - I dealt with a severe migraine from the time I got up and it kept me down all day :'( I made breakfast in the morning and watched my sweet boy open his gifts, Ryan came and got him around 12 but I was ok with it as my head hurt so bad by this time I was in tears...  Dan came over and we headed to Ky's house for the family dinner.  I made a pumpkin roll, oreo pudding cake, sticky buns and homemade crockpot mac n cheese!!!  All were a big hit, wish I was feeling better so I could've enjoyed it all as well!  Great to spend time with the whole family, Grandpa Chandler came, a couple of uncle's and of course June, Dus and the precious 3 kiddos!  So fun to see all the little ones enjoying Christmas!!!  Fyn got an IPOD touch from Santa so her and I played with that a lot!  Then to my surprise Ryan called and said he was on his way over with Ryker!  So even though it was Ryan's day I got my baby boy in the morning and the night!  I had Monday off work as well so we had a great day playing cars, the Wii, UNO Moo, Hex Bugs and so much more!
I hope everybody had a wonderful Christmas with there loved ones!!!

It was so much fun - this is the 1st time in a long time that I've actually enjoyed Christmas time for all the right reasons!  Though 2011 has been the toughest year of my life I'm on the right track to make 2012 an amazing year!!!!

Thanksgiving 2011

What a great Thanksgiving, possibly the best one ever!!!
I was lucky enough to host this years Thanksgiving at my house and it turned out great!  Mom and Dad decided they wanted to do the turkey and Aunt Wanda decided to do the ham so really I got off quite easy!!!
